HOW IS MY DEVICE EVALUATED?
Our trained technicians inspect each device to ensure the cosmetic condition and functionality are the same as stated in the initial offer evaluation. We use the market’s leading software “Phone Check” to test functionality. We receive daily updates on the market value for each device and work on small margins to provide you with the best value for your trade-in.
WHEN WILL I GET PAID? WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE USED?
All payments are sent to customers within 48 business hours of receipt of the device unless an updated offer is necessary. As soon as the updated offer is accepted, we will send payment. We currently send payments via Paypal or Check. You can choose how you’d like to get paid at checkout.
WHAT IS UNLOCKED? GSM? FULLY UNLOCKED?
An unlocked device is a device that will work on a specific set of carriers operating on the same type of network, GSM or CDMA.
A GSM unlocked device is a device that will only work with GSM carriers, including T-Mobile, AT&T, Simple Mobile, Cricket etc. Click here to see some common carriers on GSM networks or contact us and our customer service team can help you out.
A fully unlocked device is one that will work with all carriers, GSM or CDMA.
IS THERE A LIMIT ON THE NUMBER OF ITEMS I CAN SELL TO CELL4CASH?
No. We accept as many devices as you’d like to submit. For quotes of 10 devices or more, we ask that you fill out the form for bulk/corporate buybacks.
WHAT IF I’M UNSURE OF THE MODEL OF MY DEVICE?
You can find the model of the device in the “About” area of the device’s settings.
YES, WE INSURE EVERY DEVICE SUBMITTED TO US AT THE MAXIMUM VALUE OF THE CATEGORY YOU SELECTED.
We encourage all customers to factory restore the device before sending it in. If you forgot to do that, our team will immediately do it upon receipt.

WHAT DO I DO WITH MY SIM CARD?
Remove your sim card before sending in your device. If you did not cancel your service it still contains your phone number and can be used in any other device that accepts sim card. We are not responsible for any cards left in devices submitted to us. We dispose of them during the inspection/refurbishing process.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I SEND A DEVICE THAT DOES NOT MATCH THE INITIAL DESCRIPTION PROVIDED?
If we receive a device in a condition other than what initially stated, our team will reach out to you with an updated offer. You will then have the option of accepting the updated offer or requesting we ship the device back to you. If we determine the device has no monetary value, we will give you the option of having us safely recycle it.
WHAT IF I’M NOT SURE ABOUT THE CONDITION OF MY DEVICE?
Just select the condition you feel is closest and our team will make a determination and reach out with the fair value price. We provide examples and descriptions of each condition when you’re going through the trade-in process.
WHAT HAPPENS WITH MY PERSONAL DATA ON THE DEVICE?
We encourage all customers to factory restore the device before sending it in. If you forget to do that, our tram will immediately do it upon receipt.
Once you accept an offer. we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Please pack your device safely to ensure no damage will occur during shipping and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.
